    vegetables, such as leafy greens, carrots, and potatoes
    Whole grains
    Beans & nuts.
    Have this as part of a balanced diet so that you get potassium to help balance your water levels with walking for 20-30 mins daily. I pray this helps 🙏🏽

  2. @ G A is it also okay to give children (10 yr old) a teaspoon of spirulina everyday? I have been taking it, but wanted to find out if it would be alright for young children to take everyday as well.
