  1. Thank you so much.Coming from Ghana in Africa, we eat lots of these food mentioned here. My great grandmother lived to be 112 years old, never went to a doctor for a day. My mother is 85 and has seen doctors maybe on a dozen occasion and I plan to live to be 87 myself(Yah willing). Our diet as black people in North America is very, very poor. Chips, Pop, Pork, greasy food etc. Pls, listen to this brother my people. Exercise and avoid number one killer…Obesity…

  5. Not sure blood pressure is the cause of all these ailments, since all the medicine they prescribe for you have side effects that cause all these ailments listed. BLOOD pressure is a natural bodily function, the body automatically regulates itself. There is some evidence that just checking your blood pressure may raise because of the anxiety of being in a Dr.office. All the heart attacks and strokes and other things that they say is caused by blood pressure are listed as side effects on the medicine they give you. Once you start taking these drugs ,many times they will raise your blood pressure more than it was before you started taking them .They also cause diabetes .No matter what you eat ,exercise is important, for correct bodily function.By the way ,bananas actually have very little potassium in them ,you would have to eat 10 of them for any significant potassium .Apricots have over 600 grams of potassium. Bananas have a lot of sugar, not good for diabetics.,who usually also have high blood .I eat nuts as well ,but if you don't soak them overnight they can be hard to digest and cause constipation.But no matter what you eat, stress is going to kill more than all the salt and sugar in the world .Especially if you poor and black in america ,not what you eat .Ofcourse ,a health coach is not equivalent to a dietician .

    Also, I hope this helps someone. I am a truck driver and have to take a D.O.T. physical every two years and my blood pressure was 159 over 90 and I was in jeopardy of not being able to work. The doctor wanted to write me a prescription and I refused.Β 
    I went home, did some research and cut out wheat/grains, dairy, processed foods, sugar, and table salt from my diet completely and not only lost weightΒ and continue to lose, but my blood pressure is consistently around 112 over 73 without any medication at all.Β 
    Also, I was taking over the counter allergy medicine like it was candy. Now I don't even buy it anymore. Totally free from allergy symptoms!
    Food is INDEED our medicine!

  9. It would be great if you could speak on kidney disease because it seems that the medical industry put everyone, mostly black people on dialysis. It seems to be the going thing now even if they don’t need it yet.

  10. I'm 21 years old and I guess if it's significant I'm also white, I used to be 180 over 90 in highschool. Doctor's did scans of all kinds on me, tested blood and the whole nine yards and couldn't find out why. Before any medication I would then average around 140 to the 160s, and I'm assuming this was due to the crap food I'd eat. I'm now on 40mg lisenopril but I don't want to be on any medication. My doc simply told me that until I get my diet under control I'm going to have to control my blood pressure, and this was suddenly after I told her I had been getting severe dizziness and the floor would tip sideways. Those were warning signs that I need to get it lowered asap or else.
