Direct Neural Interface & DARPA – Dr Justin Sanchez

The future of mind-controlled machines might not be as far away as we think.

As director of DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office, Dr Justin Sanchez is part of a team that is looking at how to decode brain signals and use them to control robotic prosthetics.

His research includes the visualisation and decoding of brain activity, the development of devices that could help patients with memory deficits, and advanced prosthetic arm systems that could restore feeling and movement after an injury.

The former associate professor of Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience at the University of Miami has also looked at the potential of neurotechnology for treating paralysis, Tourette’s Syndrome and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

In this talk Dr Justin Sanchez takes us through various real world applications of direct neural interfaces.

  1. I'm grateful for the scientist that send me the report from the NIH. It's a picture of what's inside of me a clear band wrapped around my abdomen would like a circuit board that sends and receives signal. True. I was lied to in 2009 by dr. Chan that said I had cancer on my MRI and they needed a biopsy I went in the hospital and they gutted me like a cow. Then she came in acting strange that I had no cancer. I went on with my life is normal the operative report said biopsy. In 2013 I had a major car accident wheeled into the ER by ambulance x-ray of the abdomen showed a linear metallic density overlapping the abdomen no spleen. I had a follow-up pet scan that said that my spleen was resection then removed. I Googled linear metallic density overlapping the abdomen it's known as gold threading in China Korea its internal acupuncture. It sends and receives signal gold is the highest conduent. Funny I live in excruciating pain. I tried to contact dr. Chan but she left the country right after my surgery

  2. What an inspirational revelation! Our brain is an amazing universe. We are so wonderfully made – PSL 139:13-14. AI is the present and the future. Am hoping the technocrats will develop these interfaces in an ethical manner. FDH LLB MA

  3. 😶 He said it right after the 5 min mark- their goal is to "learn to control complex systems" (i.e.; the human brain) which sounds to me like an awfully covert way of saying mind control

  4. This completely rubbish I know first hand that mind reading and artificial telepathy is 100 percent real and it's done with nano technology and a neural brainwave transmitter or an ELF that's an acronym for electric low frequency it's a small portable programmable computer that can be used remotely to give the nano tech inside the body commands that can do all kinds of things

  5. Well SAO here I come. They did this with 96 sensors and even stimulated touch so I’m more excited for the future now and hopefully.

Also, I see weird people in the comment section with conspiracy theories lmao. Scroll at your own risks of loosing brain cells.
