I've Android 11 , it has google's phone app , google's message app , google's browser , google's calendar and many many google's app along with google services framework. If you go to settings , permissions manager , you'll see they have permissions for A to Z. They removed the phone manufacturer's default apps on new android versions so only they can get our data and other's not.
