Having a strategy is better than not having a strategy. India and western countries are basically taking no strategy. Thats easy, China can do nothing also and just use vaccines. They are doing something extra to save lives whereas you aren’t.
Maybe it was not a good idea for China to make the virus in the first place, they would not be in this situation.
