  2. Hiit not supose to be done everyday, but once or twice a week. Im a roadbike cyclist riding 120-180km in the weekend, To increase the strength and performance, u need HIT but for endurance u still need hour vs distance. Same goes to any sport, marathon, swim etc

  3. It can do more harm also. I was doing this and 1st program went well for 3rd months and during 2nd program, my back started hurting which has not stopped till today. (Even after attending yoga classes)

  4. I prefer climbing mountains it gives the full body workout and can bring you into top class shape very quickly if done safely and responsibly.

  6. High intensity training combined with your regular workout is nothing new though. I don’t follow any social media crap besides YT.

  7. If you have to do HIIT with your peers, do it MIIT by cheating a bit.

    Medium intensity interval training.
