"The security council failed to do everything in its power to prevent and end this war" this isn't mean the UN itself failed. Then why should this organisation should exist. Dismantle it. Then only this kind war could be avoided. Mark my words one day or another day UN will fail like 'The League of Nations' and may new council will be created, but that should be independent as like mentioned.
