Question if I use organic chicken and fry it in pure olive oil . ..using that batch only once is it still bad for you? I dont use the fried oil but once. Please let me know.

I have always disliked fried chicken. It makes me thirsty af. The first bite is ok but then after that its gross af. Its hella greasy and alot of times people just eat the skin which is what made me feel thirsty and full and slow… I usually eat baked chicken but i dont like kfc type chicken its hella salty anywyas. I thought i was the only ond who thought something is off aboit fried chicken

There are healthy oils like avocado,grape seed, walnut,etc. I also use good flours like spelt, garbanzo or oat to fry when I do plus an air fryer🤷🏽♀️
