My fellow Hebrew Israelite brothers in sister lets start getting healthy is stop eating out don’t by nothing that can sit on the self for months drink water 💧 instead of soda or juice the other big thing is start fasting to give ur stomach in intestines a break from digesting food 🥘 that will give u a energy boost digesting food take a lot of energy eating beans, fruits ,in vegetables is light on ur stomach and easy to digest plus it give ur body the right nutrients in nourishments ur body and gut needs. start exercising walk,run,calisthenics, push-ups pull-ups everyday the reason exercise is so good is because it helps blood flow,strengthens ur bones ,helps with stress helps ur body rid it self of waste ,preventing stringing when u use the bathroom exercises ur lungs ,strengthens ur back keep ur spinal cord in alignment and many other beneficial gains but the most important is praying to yah to give u strength to start in finish with out the father first it’s pointless

I grow greens, onions, garlic, potatoes I also have black berry and mayhogs in fields, mushrooms in fields reg (parasol shrooms, chicken of the wood shrooms, chanterelles, puffballs) and psychoactive mushrooms(can't list illegal) in field and some herbs and aloes… get at me.
