Significant rise in nationwide covid cases due to more contagious omicron sub-variant in the United States has triggered a US federal judge to announce on Monday that the court is now scrapping the mask mandate for public transport that was imposed earlier by the Biden administration.

Even the mask makers say their masks won't stop viruses right on the packaging (and have for over two years). Could it be that the judge (unlike the CDC) has actually read the packaging and looked at the real science (the virus colonies are small enough to pass right through the mask) not the politics and said "This is stupid. STOP."
Only the Mandate is gone. Under USA Federal law a company can still enforce it. It is covered in the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Most companies are still requiring it for workers.
Mask Mandates, it should be a personal choice. But the public needs to be fully aware of the public health concerns prior to making a decision. This is a dangerous pandemic virus and it can kill you. It has not gone away nor will it, as it's established in the human population and other mammals. It will continue to evolve, with some strains becoming extremely pathogenic and other strains with mild symptomology. The world has changed and we need to adapt or we will suffer.
Are the Democrats and liberals lacking common sense or is there something more sinister going on here? Illegals have brought at least 40,000 covid cases to the U.S. and probably more. Look it up. Shows how much our President (who swore to protect and defend americans), values us and that politics and money are all that matters.
