  1. YAH make animals not to eat but to sacriface before the flood we where all vegan and we getting much older we only allowed to eat meat was there was not much food after the flood.   2. There are youtubers I've watched for 10 years and I saw them become vegan, not vegetarian VEGAN and watch their deterioration over time. When they 1st went vegan they looked great and refreshed the first year or two THEN gradually they began to look cloudy in the eyes, gaunt, depressed, and starved. Very unhealthy you can see their bodies crying out for sustenance yet they continue to be rebels without causes in the name of trendiness, so sad.

  3. I thought he was crazy at first, but now I understand. I recently became vegan because of a gut problem and having so much mucus build up in my body. I did cut back on the salt but I can cut back more. Thank you for sharing this Watchnan and Daborah! I feel better eating less meat, less dairy, more plant based combined with intermittent fasting. That’s what works for me. Find what works for your goals and lifestyle and stick to it. You’ll drive yourself crazy with the “ eat this, not that” mantra. Everyday there’s something new and frankly it’s overwhelming to say the least.

  10. This is true. Everyone screaming be vegan. As a nurse I also had vegan patients with stroke and heart attacks. Vegan is not all that healthy and overtime they start looking dead.

  12. Salt is not bad for you. The processed table salt has all its minerals extracted. God's people are the salt of the earth. The body needs good sea salt. It's the only way that fluids get in and out of the blood cells through a process called osmosis.

  19. I’m vegan but Alkaline Vegan which is all natural raw, I just started growing my own vegetables also. And I make all my pasta and bread and veggie patties by scratch! A lot of vegans just buy those impossible burgers and oat milk etc… I make all my milk from scratch, hemp milk, walnut milk. And I fast every now and then. Also they say organic this organic that, non gmo this and that when we really don’t know, they don’t want us healthy!!! Which is why I started my garden cause we can’t rely on them anymore.

  21. But honestly I'm really concerned about Americans. You make this sound like its profound knowledge. I Grew up in South Africa in a family that ate predominantly grains, raw cow's milk, Vegetables and river water. My Grand Father is 108 and my GrandMa is 97. Both still talk and jog. They not even the oldest people in the village I grew up in.
