Unemployment rate is irrelevant. What percentage of Americans are making 15 dollars an hour (the equivalent of 140k a year when first introduced)
Sue unemployment is low but wages are down.

Im self employed. Does it count?
It's calculated the same in the UK. Those on benefits aren't counted as unemployed in this statistic, even though they're on unemployment benefit 🤷
If a person do job in a company but he is not happy with his job its also calculated in unemployment
