  4. So….This is probably why I'm not big on ketchup. Not a ketchup person. My body seems to be created a reject foods with high amounts of sugar. I never liked cakes, pies, cup cakes etc.

  5. I just brought a ceasar salad, batch of Kale and bananas from the grocery store near by. Was surprised they carried Kale. I'll be juicing for NewYears. The healthier foods are so expensive when your single Daughters of Zion in waiting and on a budget.

  6. Don't say Heinz ketchup as a whole because in Canada their version of Heinz ketchup is healthy and is made from pure tomatoes. The American version of Heinz is banned because it's unhealthy.

Today i bought walnuts lemon lime limons and onions can pinto beans kidney beans butter beans green peppers red pepper I'm changing my diet no more meat potatoes chips bar candy soft drinks eggs all eliminated. I use to be a vegetarian i had super energy so much i couldn't fall asleep at night. I'm 57 as we aged our bodies digestion system slows down.. When eating meat you can feel yourself getting sleepy because its hard for our bodies to digest meats we are meat ourselves organic.. We are not cornivore we all have molars tooth inside both side of our inner jaw. A lion tiger dogs cats wolves all have insider tooth to cut chunks of meat off.. The human body is fragile we suppose to eat fruits and vegetables grain herbs nuts grapes dates figs etc all this organic foods have natural fiber to clean the stomach. A steak takes about 3 weeks to digest etc.. The Neanderthal ate raw meat easu carry the Neanderthal genes this is why they like their meat rare or medium rare.   8. This is a battle boi. I lost a lot of weight but i tend to slip back at times into the garbage food. I have been cutting much stuff of though. I do detox at times. Dry fast or water fast even fuite fast but i do need much work.

  12. Some doctors say not to eat tomatoes due to the lectin content, which is not good for our bodies, either.
    I try not to buy anything with high fructose corn syrup in it.
    It’s strange that when growing up in the day, we didn’t have all these chemicals in our food, but due to companies trying to keep products on the shelf longer, they put all of these cancer causing chemicals in our foods.
    Read your labels people!
    Also, General Mills, Post, Nabisco, Frito Lay, Kellogg, etc, are putting genetically engineered ingredients in their products, I stop buying them as well!

  13. Bannna Ketchup is s great alternative to Heinz ketchup, and it’s in select grocery outlets, but you can never go wrong with authentic fresh ketchup made by you!

  14. Most of what you said is legit aside from the fact we do need salt just not much but it all depends on your level of exertion. If you sweat a lot and are involved in strenuous activity you needs lots of water which can lead to low sodium/electrolyte levels
